Set up accounts after switching to monthly subscription

This procedure explains how to set up user accounts after switching to the monthly subscription.

Setting up your subscription:

  1. Click on My Clinic
  2. Click on the Subscription tab
  3. Then refer to this page

User Account Configuration:

Step 1 - Define the types of user accounts

  1. Click on My Clinic
  2. Click on the Licenses Configuration tab (This page is only accessible to the clinic owner)

  3. For each user, configure:

    - Account type (professional, admin agent, intern)

    - Part-time

    - Required modules

Step 1 allows you to quickly configure high-level user accounts.

We recommend you to do step 2 for:

  • Verify that each account has the correct settings and sufficient access to modules (otherwise, modify your subscription, refer to this page)
  • Set up trainee accounts
  • Set up any other specific information for each user (practice profile, etc.)

Step 2 - Define license types and modules for each user

  1. Click on My Clinic
  2. Click on the User Management tab

    Select a user

  3. Configure the license type and modules:
    1. Select the required license type (Full-time or Part-time)
    2. Assign the necessary modules to the user based on those activated in your clinic (CNESST, Telus, etc)
  4. If your user is an intern account, refer to this page
  5. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all users

If you are missing licenses or modules, you can add them from the Subscription tab, refer to this page.


If you have licenses, modules in excess after steps 1 and 2, contact your sales representative to modify your subscription.
