Subscription renewal - New Pricing

Along with the change of prices, we've improved the way of paying your subscription renewal at Medexa. You will find all the information in the Subscription tab of My clinic menu. So, with the new pricing, you can easily make additions or changes to your subscription throughout your contract.


Here are the items you will find in the Subscription section of the My Clinic menu:

  1. Your Subscription section

In this section, you will see all the description of your account:

  • The main license
  • The number of full-time or part-time licenses
  • The additional modules chosen
  • The total amount of your subscription for the year including taxes

2. Payment history section

This place allows you to view your payment history for your Medexa account.

3. Payment method section

This section allows you to save your credit card number so that withdrawals money are made automatically once a month in your account.


How to add/remove additional licenses and modules:

To add or remove a license / module :

You can now add one or more licenses from your own Medexa account.

Note: To withdraw one or more licenses / modules, please contact your sales representative.

To do this, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to My Clinic
  2. Click on Subscription
  3. Click on Add licenses / modules
  4. Add/remove the quantity of license you wish to have in the Full-time license and Part-time license sections*
  5. Click the Pay Now button

*A part-time license = 5 appointments max per week for a professional.

To add one or more modules:

  1. Go to My Clinic
  2. Click on Subscription
  3. Click on Add licenses / modules
  4. Add the additional modules you want to have in your account
  5. Click on Pay now

To fully understand the addition of licenses and modules, you should know that these additions are done by professionals. For example, if you want to add the CNESST or Telus Health module to your account, you must select the number of users who will use these modules.


Why does my license total show -1?

If you are in the case where the number of licenses displays -1, here are the steps to follow to solve the problem:

  1. Check that all your licenses are assigned to active people.
  2. After completing step 1, if the number of licenses still shows -1, we invite you to contact your sales representative to resolve the problem.
