Appointments history


In the patient's folder, it is possible to access the appointment history in two different ways.

Global history

To access this history:

  • Click on Clients
  • Search for the patient
  • Click on the patient's name and open the folder
  • Navigate to the Information tab
  • Click on See appointment history in the list displaying the patient's information to display the following window (image 2)

In this window, you have the list of all the patient's appointments.

To refine or modify your search, different filters are available:

  • Start Date / End Date: allows you to modify the time range, limiting the display of appointments
  • All: displays all appointments by applying a time range.
  • Filter: this dropdown menu consists of the following options:
    • Status: allows you to refine the list based on the status of appointments (multiple choice)
    • Period: allows you to display past or future appointments (multiple choice)
    • Billing: allows you to refine the list based on the billing status of appointments (multiple choice)
  • Services: this dropdown menu allows you to refine the list based on the service(s) present in the list (multiple choice)
  • Employees: this dropdown menu allows you to refine the list based on the employee(s) present in the list (multiple choice)
  • Print Settings: This dropdown menu allows you to modify settings for printing
    • Show appointment end time: if checked, it will display the appointment end time
    • Hide patient's contact details: if checked, it will hide the patient's contact details
    • Use patient's preferred language: if checked, it will use the patient's preferred language to generate the list (if unchecked, it will use the employee's language)
    • Keep appointment notes: if checked, it will keep and display the appointment notes

The list can be sent using the Send button, please refer to this page.

Printing is allowed through PDF export using the PDF icon located next to the Send button.


Clicking on an appointment in this list opens the detail window for that appointment.

By selecting one or more items in this list, you will have two possible actions:

  • Delete: will delete the selected appointments
  • Mark as canceled: allows you to cancel the selected appointments

A canceled appointment can be rescheduled using the Reschedule button.


In the bottom left corner of the window, the Global receipt button allows you to generate a document of the same name as an invoice.
