Different options in a questionnaire

When you open a document in the Health check tab to complete a questionnaire with your patient (see page how to submit a form ?) , you will see different options.

Here are the options:

  • Confidentiality: Restrict the confidentiality of the document to one or more users.
    • Everyone: All users have access to this document
    • Personalized: Check the user(s) who must have access to this document.
  • Shares:
    • History of activities: A visual of everything that has been written since the opening of the document
    • Transfer/Duplicate: Transfer or duplicate a health check-up document in a treatment episode in the Record keeping tab.
    • Print: Print the questionnaire in question.
    • Marked as erroneous: Since it is not possible to delete a completed document, you can mark the note as erroneous. This note will always be present in Medexa, but cannot be modified. This action is therefore irreversible.
    • Delete: Delete the document you have opened. This button is only visible when the form is only saved.
  • Show empty sections: When a document is completed, the empty sections of the form are not visible. It is the unfilled sections that are not displayed. By clicking on this button, you can see a visual of the unfilled sections of the form.
  • Complete: allows you to complete your document and open a new section that will allow you to make a signature or to make [add a co-sign].
  • Save changes: saves your changes
