TELUS eClaims - Claims history

To see which information you will need to extract from the eClaims Provider Portal, please visit this link.

The Claims History tab, which you can access by going to the TELUS menu on the left, contains a list of all the claims you have submitted.

You can filter them by date by clicking on the calendar icons to choose a date. You also have access to more filters by clicking on the More filters tab.

  • Filter the list by status of the response returned by the insurer
