Treatment plan

One can easily create a treatment plan for a patient in the Medexa app.

For this you need:

1. Go to Clients in the left menu
2. Choose the patient in which you want to create this new treatment plan
3. Go to Billing Episodes
4. Choose billing episode
5. Click on Treatment plan in the proposed menu

Add a treatment plan

In this page you can create a treatment plan for the treatment episode:

1. Click on the (+) button
2. A new window will open

3. In this new window you will have to put information from the treatment plan
   1. Treatment plan: list of existing treatment plans in your clinic
   2. Primary therapist: list of therapists
   3. Start Date: treatment plan start date
   4. End Date: treatment plan end date
   5. Description: treatment plan description
4. Click on Save Changes

Here if you click on Create an invoice, you will be able to create a new invoice or a new quote.

Finally, once your treatment plan has been created in your billing episode, you can modify it by clicking on the pencil icon or delete it.

Configure your treatment plans

You can find the list of your treatment plans in "My clinic > Services > Treatment plans".

Here you will be able to create and modify your treatment plans.
