Reported Revenue report

The deferred revenue report complements the receipts and disbursements report.

This report accounts for advance payments received by the clinic.

• If a clinic records advance payments in patient records, it is important to attach the results of the deferred revenue report to the end-of-day revenue report to balance.
• This report is based on the date associated with the advance payments received.
• The selection of payments is made according to the date of payment.
• If a clinic records advance payments in patient records, it is important to attach the results of the deferred revenue report to the receipts and disbursements report at the end of the day to balance.
