The Document Center allows you to have a centralized library of different document types that can be sent to your clients. All the documents in this section can be sent by email to the clinic’s patients or at the creation of a new patient’s file. The documents added into this section can be sorted into different folders to maintain a better organization.
Here some document’s examples that you can add to Document Center:
- Clinic’s Cancellation Policy
- Things to bring at the First Appointment
- Instructions on how to get to the clinic
- Home Exercises Programs
- Instructions to follow after a treatment
- Description of the service provided
Note : If you don’t find the Document Center tab in My Clinic section, the admin user of your clinic has to give you access via : My Clinic > User management > Access rights
Disconnection of Medexa may be required to display the Document Center tab under your My Clinic menu.
