Schedules > Appointments to confirm

To access appointments that have not yet been confirmed.

When an appointment is placed on a therapist's schedule and this appointment has not yet been confirmed by the patient or by the clinic, this appointment will appear in this section.

You will find the following options:

  • Date: Select the desired date
  • Employees: Check the name of the employees for whom you want to consult the appointment requests to be confirmed
  • Confirm: Click on this button to confirm a patient's appointment
  • Cancel: Click on this button to cancel a patient's appointment

How to confirm an appointment from the timetable?

All appointments can be confirmed from the schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Timetables in the left menu
  2. Click on Employees in the left menu in the Schedules section
  3. Display the desired schedule and click on the appointment in the part displaying the patient's name
  4. The Appointment Status window appears
  5. Click on Confirm in the actions at the bottom of the window
  6. The appointment is now displayed as confirmed on the schedule and a status icon appears as shown in the image below :
