Schedules > Appointments to confirm
To access appointments that have not yet been confirmed.
When an appointment is placed on a therapist's schedule and this appointment has not yet been confirmed by the patient or by the clinic, this appointment will appear in this section.
You will find the following options:
- Date: Select the desired date
- Employees: Check the name of the employees for whom you want to consult the appointment requests to be confirmed
- Confirm: Click on this button to confirm a patient's appointment
- Cancel: Click on this button to cancel a patient's appointment
How to confirm an appointment from the timetable?
All appointments can be confirmed from the schedule, follow these steps:
- Click on Timetables in the left menu
- Click on Employees in the left menu in the Schedules section
- Display the desired schedule and click on the appointment in the part displaying the patient's name
- The Appointment Status window appears
- Click on Confirm in the actions at the bottom of the window
The appointment is now displayed as confirmed on the schedule and a status icon appears as shown in the image below :
