Schedules > Online requests

To access Online In-Clinic Patient Requests, click on the Online Requests** subsection from the Schedules tab on the left menu.

You will find the following options:

  • Appointment: The appointment date for the patient.
  • Patient: The information of the patient who made an appointment online.
  • Accept: Accept online requests from your patients.
  • Refuse: Refuse your patients' online requests.
  • Employees: Select the employee(s) whose online requests you wish to consult.

Note: When a request arises in this section, you will see a red circle with a number. This allows you to see the number of online reservations made by your patients.
