Information

This part gives information of your billing episode.



We find:

  • The Start Date: billing episode start date
  • Date of leave
  • Diagnosis/problem: as the name suggests, indicates the diagnosis related to the episode
  • Type: the billing episode type.
  • Profession: the profession linked to the episode, you can find the list in "My clinic > User management > Professions"
  • Note: useful information that we can add in our billing episode.

Appointment

Provides information about all appointments made for the billing episode.

This gives the opportunity to quickly follow up with the person.



We find:

  • The number of appointments completed
  • The number of future appointments (date greater than today's date)
  • The number of canceled appointments
  • The number of appointments on which the patient was absent
  • The number of unbilled appointments



Billing (patient)

Provides billing information to the patient.


We find:

  • The total billed to the patient
  • The amount due for the patient
  • The total in advance for the patient
  • The amount due online




Invoicing (third party payer)

Provides billing information to the third-party payer.


We find:

  • The amount due for the third-party payer.



Cover detail

Provides details of the coverage allocation you configured for your billing episode.


More information is available like:

  • Amount: the amount and third party payer associated with the payments for this coverage
  • Third-party payer: The third-party payer selected
  • Number of appointments: the maximum number of appointments covered
  • Duration: the maximum duration (in minutes) covered
  • End: the date the coverage will end
