Mark an activity as wrong

You can flag an activity as erroneous. This will be useful in the following contexts:

  • Wrong form completed by the patient - (Health Summary only)
  • Bad document added by the clinic

Before you can mark an activity as erroneous, it must have been added to your patient's record.

Here is an article telling you how to do it: Add a document as an activity

Here's how to mark an activity as erroneous:

  1. Click on the Action button directly in the note of the Health Summary or Charting sections
  2. Select the field Dismiss Document
  3. The Are you sure you want to dismiss this document ?
  4. Window will appear
  5. Enter your Medexa password to confirm the operation
  6. Click on Confirm

Once the operation has been carried out…

  • The activity will no longer be visible to other clinic employees
  • Activity information will be crossed out
  • The date of the action will be indicated in red under the title of the activity
  • Only the author of the activity will continue to see it appear in the patient's file

Note:

  • Only the author of the activity (employee assigned to the activity) can mark it erroneous, unless it is a form completed by a patient.
  • The activity must be completed in order to be marked as incorrect. If an activity is not completed, note that you can simply delete it in case of error.
  • Marking an activity as erroneous is an irreversible action. This is why the Medexa password is necessary to validate the operation.
  • To comply with the standards of the various professional orders of our clientele, completed activities cannot be deleted by the clinic or the Medexa team. This feature therefore gives you more flexibility to manage errors made internally.
