Insurance profiles

You can register insurance profiles in your patient records to enable claim submissions with our Telus integration.

If your patient is covered by several insurers, each of the profiles can be added to their file to record the information clearly and facilitate the submission of claims through eClaims.




Register insurance profile

Via the "Clients" section on the left, search for the patient in question.

  1. Open the patient file
  2. In the "Information" tab, click on the (+) of the "Insurance profiles" section
  3. Fill in the available fields

Note: Fields followed by an * are required to submit claims through eClaims.

4. Click on "Save Changes"


The insurance profile will be added in the section for this purpose and can be consulted at any time via the "Information" tab of the patient file.




Edit an insurance profile

Via the "Clients" section on the left, search for the patient in question.

  1. Open the patient file
  2. In the "Information" tab, click on the pencil icon next to the insurance profile to be modified
  3. Modify the necessary elements
  4. Click on "Save Changes"



Deactivate an assurance profile

Via the "Clients" section on the left, search for the patient in question.

  1. Open the patient file
  2. In the "Information" tab, click on the pencil icon next to the insurance profile to be modified
  3. Click on Deactivate

The insurance profile will be transferred to the "Inactive" section of the insurance profiles and can be consulted at any time via the "Information" tab of the patient file.




View old insurance profiles

Via the "Clients" section on the left, search for the patient in question.

  1. Open the patient file
  2. In the "Information" tab, click on "Inactive" in the section "Insurance profiles"
