Archive a patient file

The system does not allow you to delete a patient record. On the other hand, it allows you to archive it so that the patient's information is kept for several years.

For all file destruction, we must have proof of your professional order by email.


To archive a patient file, here are the instructions:

  1. Click on Clients from the left menu
  2. Open a patient file
  3. Click on Actions
  4. Click on Archive


After archiving the patient's file, you will find his file in the Archives section of the Clients tab in the left menu.




How to restore an archived patient record ?

At any time, it is possible to restore an archived patient file so that it returns to the active patient files,

To do this, here are the instructions:

  1. Go to Clients in the left menu
  2. Go to the Archives section
  3. Find the patient in question
  4. Click on the Actions button to the right of the patient's name
  5. Click on Restore

The patient's file will be back in the Active folders.
