Merge patients

This feature allows you to merge two patient records into one. For example, if you have created two patient files with the same informations, it's possible to merge them to create a single file.

How to merge two patient records into one ?

To merge two patient records into one, here are the instructions:

1. Click on Clients
2. Select a patient
3. In the Information tab, click on the Actions button
4. Click on Merge
5. Find a destination patient
6. Click on Merge

**Warning: This action cannot be undone.
