Configure users for online booking

To configure the licenses of therapists who offer their services via online appointment booking.

  1. Go to My Clinic
  2. Click on the User Management tab
  3. Click on the Users section on the left of the screen.

This allows clinics to have a certain level of flexibility in deciding which therapist patients can select to book their appointments online.

To configure a therapist who offers his services online, click on the name of the therapist in question:

Can be booked online

Check this box if the therapist offers their services online.

Maximum number of simultaneous appointments (0 for infinite)

This parameter limits the number of availabilities offered for the same time slot. If you leave this setting at 0, all of your patients will be able to schedule an appointment on top of an appointment already scheduled with the same therapist, since your maximum number of appointments is "infinity". We recommend setting this parameter to 1 to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

Important: Make sure to correctly configure the hourly or online availability ranges according to your choice in My clinic > Online booking > Global configuration.
