Create discounts

In Medexa, discounts are predisposed to be added on products. Any discount can also be added to an invoice, but cannot be added from the schedule. You must therefore add them directly to the invoice.

Here are some examples of discounts:

  • Specials
  • Family discount
  • Employee discounts

To add discounts in this tab, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Click on My Clinic
  2. Click on Products
  3. Click on the Discounts section on the left of the screen
  4. Select your service point
  5. Click on the + on the right
  6. Add your discount name, amount or percentage
  7. Enter the expiry date of the discount (if applicable)
  8. Click on Save changes
