Appointment request types

This section allows you to add appointment requests linked to the waiting list.

This is to add a request type to the creation of a patient in the waiting list.

Configure appointment request types

To configure appointment request types, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Clinic
2. Click on the Tags tab
3. Click the Types of meeting requests section on the left of the screen
4. Enter the title
5. Click on Save

Disable appointment request types

To disable appointment request types, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Clinic
2. Click on the Labels tab
3. Click the Types of meeting requests section on the left of the screen
4. Click on the type of meeting requests to deactivate

5. Click Disable in red

   Note: Meeting request types that have been deactivated will end up in the Inactive section.
