Billing episodes types

This section allows you to add billing episode types.

In a patient file, in the Billing episode tab, you have the choice to leave the billing episode as it is or to create a new one.

You also have the option to add a billing episode type to it. This label section therefore makes it possible to add types of invoicing episodes when creating these said episodes.

Configure billing episode types

To configure billing episode types, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Clinic
2. Click on the Labels tab
3. Click the Types of billing episodes section on the left of the screen
4. Enter the title
5. Click on Save

Disable a type of billing episodes

To disable billing episode types, follow these steps:

1. Click on My Clinic
2. Go to Labels
3. Click on Types of billing episodes
4. Click on the type of billing episodes to deactivate

5. Click on Disable in red

   Note: Billing episode types that have been deactivated will end up in the Inactive section.
