Physicians list

This section allows you to add an inventory of referring physicians.

The purpose of this is to have reference statistics in the patient files.

This list will appear in the patient's record in the References section of the information tab. 

Configure the list of doctors

To configure the list of doctors, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to My Clinic
2. Click on the Labels tab
3. Click on the Physicians list section on the left of the screen
4. Click on +
5. Enter doctor information
6. Click on Save Changes

Modifying a reference

To modify the referral source of a patient file, you must have the master code of your clinic (point of service).

To modify a reference, go to the patient file:

1. Go to the Customers tab of the left menu
2. Find and open the desired patient file
3. Click on the Information tab
4. Click the pencil icon at the top of the Information section
5. Scroll down the window
6. Click on the padlock icon
7. Enter the master code for your service point. If you do not know the master code, consult one of the administrators of your clinic.
8. Click on Allow
9. Modify the necessary fields
10. Click on Save Changes
