InputKit

This integration makes it possible to monitor customer satisfaction through questions sent following a configured appointment.

Register to use InputKit:

To use InputKit services, please contact them through their website to subscribe to their product before using the Medexa integration.

Configure a service to use InputKit:

  • Go to My clinic
  • Click on Integrations
  • Click on the InputKit section on the left of the screen (Note: Subject to access rights)
  • Click on the service of your choice and configure the URL of the webbook that you retrieve from your InputKit portal.
  • Click Save
