PandaPay - Payment Terminals

Medexa offers clients a complete integration with your payment terminal. 

We offer two options :

Physical terminal - Dejavoo

  • Wireless terminals are completely easy and safe to use
  • Completely link to the software
  • When a payment is applied, the payment is automatically linked to the terminal

Virtual terminal - Nuvei

  • Online terminal are safe to use
  • When sending an invoice by email, enter your credit card number and the payment will automatically be applied on the invoice

Configuration not working

Here are the steps to follow if the configuration does not work :

  • Go check if the access rights are checked
  • Terminal transaction history
  • Online payment pending
  • Check if the codes are correct
