Online Booking - Individual Configuration

Setting your clinic's individual configuration

This is the second step to setup the clinic's individual configuration. 

Here are the following steps for the individual configuration:

  1. Go to My Clinic
  2. Click on Online Booking tab
  3. Click on Individual Configuration

  1. Points of Service : In this section you will need to add the Points of Service (POS) that will offer customers to book an online appointment. To do so, you will need to activate the POS in Online Booking > Point of Service of Configuration. Select the POS and check the checkbox Available for online booking.
  2. Employees : This section will allow you to link an employee to the points of service. To do so, you will need to activate the employee selected
  3. Availability : This section will allow you to add the availabilities for each employees.

Adding your availabilities for the online appointments

From now on, the availability that you configure for your online booking module is separated from the availability of your schedule in Medexa. You can therefore easily add or deactivate periods of availability only for online appointments.

  1. Create new availability period: This step is essential and consists of creating periods of availability by entering a start date and an end date. It is mandatory to create your availability periods for your availability to appear in the module.
  2. Add availability hour per day: After creating your availability periods, it is important to create time slots for your days. For example, you may be available only to book online appointments from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Monday, but available only from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
