TELUS eClaims - Setting up the organization

To see which information you will need to extract from the eClaims Provider Portal, please visit this link.

Please follow these steps to configure the TELUS eClaims module:

1.Click on “My clinic

2.Click on the “integration” tab

3.Click on the “TELUS” section

4.Click on the point of service to set up

5.Enter the Organization CPR ID provided by TELUS

6.Enter the Location ID provided by TELUS

7.Click on “Save changes”
