This section in <your account name> > My tasks allows you to have quick access to your current tasks and to do.
My charting to complete
This page allows you to see and quickly access the list of activities to be completed, so as not to leave any work unfinished.
Some information is displayed:
- Since (Days): Indicates the number of days since the activity was created
- Patient: Indicates the name of the patient file in which the activity to be completed is located
- Location: Indicates the name of the care episode in which the activity to be completed is located
- Form: Indicates the name of the activity to be completed
- Creation date: The creation date of the activity to be completed
Note:
- If you are a supervisor and your trainees create a note to complete, the activity will appear in this list
- If you are invited to co-sign an activity, the activity will appear in this list
My CNESST reports to complete
**Note: **this section only appears if you have the CNESST module activated in your point of service and your account allows you to access it (license, access right).
This page tells you the physio/ergo CNESST reports to complete so as not to leave any work unfinished.
Some information is displayed:
- Patient: Indicates the name of the patient file in which the report to be completed is located
- File number: Indicates the patient's CNESST file number in which the report to be completed is located
- Request number: Indicates the request number of the report to be completed
- Version: Indicates the version number of the report (Allows you to know if the report has undergone several versions of modifications
- Date of request: Indicates the date of the request for the report to be completed
- Status: Indicates the status of the report to be completed
- Attribute to: Tells you to whom the report to be completed is assigned
Unbooked patient to follow up
This section allows you to have a follow-up list of patients in appointments. The list is printable by clicking on the printer icon on the right of the screen.
My patient does not appear in the list, why?
- Answer: The patient in question must have had an appointment in the past, a charting active with you as the primary therapist. The patient will now appear in the list.
Some information is displayed:
- Patient: Indicates the name of the patient file
- Episode of care: Indicates the name of the patient's care episode
- Last appointment: Indicates the date of the appointment (and the reason for cancellation / absent: if applicable)
- Status in progress: Indicates the status of the care episode
- Note: Displays the note left when dismissing the care episode
- Last contact:
- Action: A drop-down menu allowing two actions:
Update status: Allows modification of the status of the care episode in order to indicate whether or not the patient is contacted. You can also reassign the episode of care.
Discharge: Allows you to close a care episode by assigning it a status and a note for follow-up in the event of the end of treatment or discontinuation of a treatment plan, for example.
