Patients report

The patient report offers several features and information to the clinic.

Note: This report is based on cases created during the selected period.

Here is the information counted in this report:

  • Statistics relating to open patient files during a defined period
  • Case tag statistics of all service points in the database for patient cases opened during the defined period
  • Ability to generate lists of patients who have not come to the clinic since a specific date

Click on :

  • Download in CSV: to export the results in an excel file
  • Printer icon: to print the results of the current page
  • Today: to generate the results for the same day
  • Execute: to restart the search when the period is modified
  • Patient Records: to obtain the results related to a specific data


Generate a list of patient that have not had an appointment since section

Further down the report, you can generate a list of patients who have not had an appointment since a specific date of your choice. When you click on Execute it opens the detailed report with the patients concerned.

You can select patients from this list and click on Mark as called back at the top.


Section Generate a list of patients who had an appointment during the selected period AND who have not resumed an appointment since

Further down the report, you can generate a list of patients that had an appointment during the specific period of your choice and have not rescheduled since. When you click on Execute it opens the detailed report with the patients concerned.

You can select patients from this list and click on Mark as called back at the top.


Generate a list of patients section that were created during the selected period via referencing

Further down in the report, you can generate a list of patients who were created during the specific time period of your choice via the referencing tags. When you click on Execute it opens the detailed report with the patients concerned.
