To access this tab:

1. Click on My Clinic at the top right
2. Click on the Billing tab
3. Click on the Settings section

Invoice Color Theme

This section allows you to change the background color of your invoices.

To set the predominant color of your invoices, follow these steps:

1. Change the color shown in the field Invoice Color Theme

2. Click on the color block to select the desired shade from the color tool

3. Assign the color code in hexadecimal format for a specific shade

4. Click on the Save button

   The chosen color will be assigned to the boxes and titles visible on the visual of your invoices/receipts.

If you want to reset the default color:

• Click on the button to the right of the color field, represented by an arrow that rotates backwards in order to easily return to the default value.

Other Parameters

• Prevent the creation of payment in advance

  This option allows you to restrict the creation of advance payments that can be used in invoices.

• Enable the use of tips

  This option allows you to activate tips in the platform and gives you access to tips and also to the dedicated report
