Invite a new user

HOW TO INVITE A NEW USER

If you have an employee to invite, you can follow these instructions:

  1. Click on My Clinic
  2. Click on the User Management tab
  3. + Invite user (to the right) *
  4. Follow the mentioned instructions

* This button will be displayed only if you have remaining licenses to be assigned.
  Please contact the support department to add more licenses: support@medexa.com

Once the person is registered via email, please follow the next instructions to set up the new license.

* Note that you won’t be able to see the new user under the accounts section until this person is registered via an invitation. 

** Disconnection of Medexa may be necessary to display the new user under the accounts section if the person is registered right after the invitation’s email is sent.


HOW TO SET UP AN EMPLOYEE ACCOUNT 


- Access right
  1. Click on My clinic
  2. Click on User Management tab
  3. Click on Access rights next to the employee’s name
  4. Select the access rights that you wish to provide to this person
  5. Click on Save Changes

- Settings

  1. Click on My Clinic
  2. Click on User Management tab
  3. Click on the employee’s name
  4. Type in the sections Information and Titles
  5. Make sure you Save Changes in each section.

- Assign services / Schedule’s set up (per point of service)

  1. Click on My Clinic
  2. Click on Point of Service tab
  3. Click on the point of service
  4. Click on the Employees tab

*** If the employee is not displayed on the list, click on Add / Remove Employees, check the box next to the employee’s name and Save Changes.

- In the Services tab

  1. Go to the Services tab
  2. Click on Assign services section
  3. Click on the point of service of your choice
  4. Select the employee you wish to assign services to
  5. Click on the Assign / Unassign button
  6. Check the services offered by the employee at this point of service.
  7. Click on Save Changes

- In the Schedule section

  • To set up the starting and ending time of the worked day for this employee at this point of service
  • Check the box “Day Off” on the days when this employee is nor working for this point of service
  • "Save Changes"

*** It is possible for the same employee to work in the morning at one clinic and during the afternoon at another clinic.
You only have to set up the starting and end time regarding the hours worked in the morning at the first point of service and do the same for the hours worked on the second point of service.

Set up services and schedules for each point of service where this employee works.

Don’t forget to tell the employees to go and set up their signature via the section “My Account” at the top right corner.
