Practice Profiles

To allow the claims with Telus Health to work properly, each employee has to set up their practice profiles.

Thereby, an employee can have many practice profiles if this one practices several professions and holds several licenses.

The Practice Profiles can be set up by each therapist or the admin user.

To do this, please follow one of the two steps below :


Set Up Employee Practice Profiles - By Admins

  • Click on My Clinic
  • Click on User management
  • Click on Accounts
  • Click on the name of the employee to configure

Configure your practice profiles - By employees

  • Click on your name at the top right of the screen
  • Click on My account

Once the method is chosen, the following actions are identical regardless of the method used:

To add a practice profile

  1. Click on the button + on the practice profile section
  2. Use the Profession dropdown menu to make a selection

    If the profession desired is not displayed on the dropdown menu, please ask to the clinic’s admin user to add the profession in Medexa (My Clinic > User Management > Professions)

  3. Fill in the title on the field Post-Nominal title
  4. Fill in the License registration number in the field for this purpose
  5. Use the Licensing body to select the organization related to your profession
  6. Click on Save Changes

To edit a practice profile

  1. Click on the pencil icon to the right of the profession to be edited
  2. Edit the elements needed
  3. Click on Save Changes

To delete a practice profile

  1. Click on the pencil icon to the right of the profession to be edited
  2. Click on Delete

Note: A practice profile can’t be deleted if a therapist has used this one.
